ZeroEssay is an AI writing platform that humanizes and refines academic text. It rewrites AI-generated drafts into natural, human-sounding writing while preserving the original meaning, and includes a built-in AI detector that scores a document the way Turnitin, GPTZero, Copyleaks and other tools would before it is ever submitted.

The Challenge

Students do not trust an AI writing tool they cannot verify, so the product had to prove itself inside the interface rather than in marketing copy. The challenge was to make an invisible process — rewriting text so it reads as human — measurable and instant: run several third-party detection models, present the result as scores anyone can read at a glance, and keep the whole rewrite flow responsive even when the underlying models take many seconds to answer. On top of that, everything had to work in two languages and stay usable on a phone.

The Solution

We built a dark, neon-accented product surface around a single editor. Paste a draft and the AI detector returns human, spelling, grammar and similarity scores in animated rings; hit Humanize and the rewrite streams back in place. A before / after panel shows the same essay flagged 100% by Turnitin and then cleared at 0% after ZeroEssay, which does more for conversion than any headline. The landing page reuses those exact product components, so what visitors try for free is literally the product, and the credit-based pricing tiers sit one scroll below.
